Whether it is getting up to workout, just setting aside some time for yourself and your morning coffee with the crisp cool temperatures that are coming OR really just focusing to get out the door on time with back to school schedules, these steps have REALLY helped me get unstuck, stay focused and knock out some pretty big goals in a short window of time. (i.e. working full time 8-5 with two 5 year olds!)
And truth be told, I follow this pretty much everyday, even on the weekends. I just adjust the time a little bit to incorporate an extra hour or so of sleep.
