My goal was to create one page where you could not only reflect on your goals but really focus on what you wanted to accomplish for the day using my 3 step method. (i.e. don’t plan more than 3 things or chances are they won’t be a priority!) I found myself carrying around multiple journals and checklists and food logs so I also wanted to include a section on wellness but without creating multiple pages and lists. This way you could track in one place how you are fueling your body.
