I created this daily journal so that on one page you could really get a sense for how to tackle your day and be able to focus on gratitude, wellness and self-care at the same time. Plus celebrate your wins when the day is done.

Description

Do you ever feel like you have 5+ journals in your purse to track all the things? Gratitude. Notes. Daily lists. What you are eating? etc. etc.

My goal was to create one page where you could not only reflect on your goals but really focus on what you wanted to accomplish for the day using my 3 step method. (i.e. don’t plan more than 3 things or chances are they won’t be a priority!) I found myself carrying around multiple journals and checklists and food logs so I also wanted to include a section on wellness but without creating multiple pages and lists. This way you could track in one place how you are fueling your body.

I strongly believe that your energy, goals, actions and overall nutrition are all aligned. So use this easy template to “crush the rush” and really be productive in your day! And feel your best!
