These are my 3-S warning signs that you are stressed or procrastinating….
+ Snacks (as in too many).
+ Scrolling. (As in you started with a goal but got lost in social for too long.
+ Snooze. (Um, you had a plan but well, sleep felt better…or did you really even fall back asleep?
According to the American Physcholigst association (yeah, I read that stuff!) Procrastination is the result of avoidance, and both the result of and driver of anxiety. Anyone else feel anxiety these days? When you combine anxiety and procrastination it all just becomes one big circle of stress.
These are my tips to look for warning signs and how to stop the cycle!
