As a business strategist for female entrepreneurs, I recently opened my calendar to do some 1:1 sessions which I personally haven't done since the first year of my business. Here's why.
Why I Stopped 1:1 Strategy Intensives
As a business strategist for female entrepreneurs, I am a firm believer that when you build something you should test it out first before launching it to the masses, so the first year in my business I did 1:1 sessions for one hour two times a month and would charge $97 a session. Fun fact, most of my sessions were at 7:30 in the morning before I went to work (which I still have clients request today) AND several of my clients from back then (2020) have moved on to the mastermind and even our mastermind alumni program because they grew with me. How cool is that?
I am sharing this because this method helped me develop our
mastermind program as it exists today by learning from intensive sessions with multiple clients. I wrote down and recorded every session I did and built our current business model off of what I learned, what the themes were, and what my clients were asking.
But also, the 1:1 model can only take you so far. When I knew I wanted to leave my corporate job, I knew that I needed more clients. But I didn't have the time or capacity to serve at the level I wanted. So we pivoted and created our
membership and
our mastermind. You will always max out serving 1:1 unless you hire a team to do it for you, which I didn't and still don't want to do.
Why I Brought Back Intensives
Fast forward to today, and I was craving a bit more behind-the-scenes with my clients. We have been able to scale our team behind the scenes (we have a blog post coming on that later) so I had a little more time. I loved having our recent mastermind members at our house for our last retreat and really love getting into the weeds and details of your business with you. Because I learn so much, I brought back the intensives.
The second reason I brought them back is because I love them.
If you aren't doing what you like in your business, is it even worth it?
I decided to bring back the intensives AND added them to the mastermind. So now I am able to serve more of you at a level that I love and I know moves the needle fast.
Here's What I Love About Intensives and How I Structure Them
It's not just ONE session. When you are thinking about how to best serve your clients, think about the entire experience. We streamlined it and it honestly is magical watching it come to life.
We start with a full client questionnaire and business audit. Ps. If you aren't doing an intake form with your clients, you should. There is SO much you can learn before the session even starts which makes a win-win for both you and your client.
After the questionnaire, I put together a custom agenda. (There may be a few surprises that happen in between, but let's just chalk it up to a really awesome client experience). How are you celebrating that someone signed up to work with you? What is going to make them feel really good about the decision?
What is Involved in My Sessions
Finally, it's time for our session which is at a minimum of 90 minutes. And in 90 minutes I have done everything from:
- Define your Signature Method and Business Strategy
- Plan your Product Suite or Launch
- Marketing and Content Planning
- Organize your Systems (content repurpose plan, press, marketing plan, email funnels + more)
- Funnel and/or Systems (audit and design)
- Create your Quarterly Plan (what to focus on with the biggest impact)

My point in sharing this is to make sure you have enough time to actually get a result.
Can you get a result in 30 minutes? Can you get a result in 2 hours? Be prepared to deliver and get a win.
The last step in our time together whether you are a 1:1 client or in the mastermind is to put together an action plan. You know my philosophy: consistency trumps talent. You don't have to be the best in the game, you have to stay in it.
My goal is to help you put together a 30-60-90-day plan. Or in my words, a short and long-term income strategy.
But also, what are you going to do in the next two weeks? In my experience, the best results come from the action you take in the first 14 days because it creates momentum. So we added on Voxer support (a full two weeks) to hold you accountable.
How are you holding your clients accountable? And ensuring that they have the tools to take action.
Want to know the secret behind this?
Accountability. You actually can use me as your strategist for that time as well. My most motivated clients are sending me content to review, offers to look at, and launch plans to take action on. And we are going back and forth for weeks streamlining everything.
It is a magical process. And yes, I used the word magical and streamlining strategy in the same sentence.
The framework outline. It works because it is the perfect mix of an amazing experience with a few surprises (that surprise and delight factor) with customizations along the way AND accountability with a custom action plan.
When you think about how you are serving your clients, are you checking these boxes?
- Customer experience
- Customization
- Accountability
- Profitable results
I don't know how long my calendar will stay open because I will cap out eventually, but if you are interested in support at this level or have questions about how to create your own program, head on over to the form at

I am curious, what is your favorite way to support your clients?
