How to Plan a Month of Content in Just 2 Hours
Mar 31, 2025
Let’s be honest—how many times have you sat down to "plan content," only to end up scrolling Instagram, tweaking Canva templates, or deep in a rabbit hole of your ex's sister's wedding photos from 2016? (Just me?)
As a business coach for women, I’ve seen it all—the perfectionism, the overwhelm, the endless tabs open. And I’m here to tell you: Content planning should not take all day. In fact, you can plan a full month of strategic marketing in under two hours. Yep. Two hours.
In this post, I’ll walk you through the exact content planning system I teach inside Anti-Social School, complete with AI hacks, repurposing workflows, and the one method that changed everything for me and my clients.
Step 1: Pick One Revenue Goal Per Month (and Plan Content Around It!)
One of the biggest mistakes I see? Creating content just to create content. You know what actually works? Creating content that supports your revenue goals.
Every month, pick ONE core offer to focus on. Then, create content that drives traffic and attention to that offer.
For example: If I’m promoting Anti-Social School, here’s what my month might look like:
-
Week 1: Why social media burnout is killing your business
-
Week 2: How to make more money while posting less
-
Week 3: How to get clients without social media
-
Week 4: How to plan a month of content without the scroll (this post!)
Each piece of content supports the same goal—making sales. That’s business strategy coaching 101.
Step 2: Use AI to Plan and Outline Your Content Fast
If you're not using AI to streamline your content planning, you're leaving time (and money) on the table.
Tools like ChatGPT-4, Notion AI, and Frase can help you:
-
Brainstorm topic ideas based on trends and SEO data
-
Draft outlines for blog posts, podcast episodes, and emails
-
Repurpose long-form content into short-form content
But here’s the thing—your voice still matters. Use AI as a starting point, not the final product. People connect with YOU, not a robot.
As a female business coach, I teach my clients to use AI for efficiency, but we always layer in personal stories, brand values, and emotional connection. That’s where conversions happen.
Step 3: Recycle Content Across Platforms
You do not need to start from scratch every time you post.
Instead, pick one long-form piece of content each week and repurpose it:
-
Podcast episode → Blog post
-
Blog post → Email newsletter
-
Email → Instagram carousel
-
Instagram post → Pinterest pin
Example: This very blog post came from a podcast episode and will become:
-
A value-packed email to my list
-
A carousel for Instagram
-
Multiple pins for Pinterest
That’s what I call the One and Done Method.

Step 4: The One and Done Content Method
Here’s my simple repurposing system that saves me hours each week:
-
Create Long-Form Pillar Content: Choose one format you love (podcast, YouTube, blog). This is your weekly anchor.
-
Break It into Micro-Content: Pull out key takeaways, quotes, stats, and tips. Turn them into:
-
Social media captions
-
Carousel posts
-
Emails
-
Pinterest pins
-
LinkedIn content
-
-
Automate and Schedule It Use a tool like Metricool or Later to schedule a week’s worth of content in one sitting.
Strategic visibility without the burnout? Yes, please.

Final Thoughts
As a business coach for women, I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs who thought content planning had to be hard. But once they implemented this system? Game-changer.
You don’t need to be everywhere. You don’t need to post daily. And you definitely don’t need to spend 10 hours a week wondering what to say.
Instead, you need a plan that works with your life, supports your revenue goals, and helps you show up consistently—without the burnout.
