How to be Outrageously Consistent
Oct 06, 2021Lately, I have been talking a lot about consistency.
And HOW to be Consistent.
Here is why:
- The # of women that make 6 figures is only around 12%
- 1 of 3 Americans experience holiday burnout (which starts next month)
- 42% of women said that working alone in their business caused mental health issues longer term
Those are tough statistics and honestly the mission behind why the Crush the Rush community in all forms exists. I don’t want you to be a statistic. So often so many of you will quit over the next few months because….schedules start to get more intense. The demand of your time increases (I mean look at the fall schedule alone, how the heck do you fit in ALL the activities in ONE season, apple picking, pumpkins, decorations, it makes me head spin and I personally love and want to do all of it).
So how do you do it? Without quitting? You have to be ridiculously consistent in the categories that matter most.
One of the tools I stumbled on to use for this is the acronym F.O.C.U.S.
- Follow
- One
- Course
- Until
- Success
Don’t you love a good acronym? Especially one that helps you focus?
You can use this for any goal, but let’s pick a business one. Let’s say you are in the middle of launching your first course as an example. About a week before it launches you start to get nervous. Oh, I will just push it out. It doesn’t have to launch now. Maybe I need (insert XYZ) to make it better.
What is your FOCUS?
Was your goal to launch it by a certain date? Why?
Why are you doubting that date and that goal?
And remember, doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.

Trust me, I get it focusing is hard. And so is consistency. But consistency trumps talent every time.
What is your FOCUS? Follow. One. Course. Until. Success. And if you layer in my Crush the Rush Method (the one we teach in the community), you get to define your own success plus I teach you how to measure your results so success comes much easier.
