- MY FAVORITE PART: Created by a BUSY WORKING WOMAN +MAMA for BUSY WORKING WOMEN + MAMAS
- You will get access to 100 DIFFERENT workouts. Yep, every day is a DIFFERENT workout. I’m excited because it’s everything from CARDIO to WEIGHTS to YOGA to BARRE! So no getting bored over here!!!
- The workouts are only 20-30 minutes a day and can be done from your living room, garage, the gym, or anywhere in between! This is perfect for someone who is living a busy lifestyle!
- There are active recovery days which to me is the ULTIMATE self care!! Moving your body every day will have you feeling INCREDIBLE.
- There is a live DJ in the studio to align the music to the moves to keep it fun and fresh while also keeping up with the intensity! I don’t know about you, but I always get a better workout when I am jamming to a bomb playlist.
- There are TWO modifiers. For me, this is HUGE because I am confident that I can recommend this to ANYONE at ANY fitness level! So whether you are a BRAND NEW BEGINNER or a PRO, there’s moves for YOU specifically!!
- You will also get a nutrition plan that aligns perfectly to not only the program, but also your goals! But I promise, you don’t have to deprive yourself. I am NEVER going to tell you to skip out on the pizza. It’s just not who I am haha
