Not all pumpkins are made the same 🙂 I know you all love a good pumpkin spice latte but hello 500 calories and at least 30g of sugar! OMG! Here is how I satisfy my pumpkin cravings with incorporating 9 vegetables and superfoods! And ps. it tastes amazing!
PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
8 ounces of almond milk
1 scoop Pumpkin Spice protein powder (I use Shakeology or use vanilla flavored powder with pumpkin pie spice seasoning)
1 cup of spinach (see video on how to make it easy!)
2 tablespoons of PB powder
1 scoop of collagen (BONUS)
1 scoop of power greens (BONUS)
1 tablespoon of flax seed
Lots of ice
Blend for 1 minute! (That is the key!)
At about 300 calories, this gets you enough veggies for the full day plus a full serving of protein!
Try it and let me know what you think! I’ll take 70 superfoods anyday over 64g of sugar and over 500 calories!!! (Why starbucks, why!!!)
