I love talking about morning routines because I feel as a busy working mom, it has saved me in so many ways. Everything from getting out the door on time, to losing that baby weight to helping fight off anxiety and depression and all the things in-between. That said I use a few tools recently to get myself going in the morning and thought I would share some of my favorites. I have broken it up into a few categories for you!
