Each month I work closely with a group of women who want to accomplish the following:

  • Makeover their mornings
  • Reset their mindset
  • Learn what meals work for their families
  • Work in “movement” into their schedule

Which leads to….

  • Losing weight (finally getting past that plateau)
  • Stop the bad habits (i.e. breaking the sugar binges)
  • Toning up!
  • Staying on track (i.e they worked toward a big goal and now want to stay healthy and make it a lifestyle!) – This is not a quick fix!
  • More energy + confidence!
  • Finding time to dream (i.e. makeover your schedule!)
  • Crush the rush!

I feel as a busy working mom of twins, focusing on these items have saved me in so many ways and it is important to me to share what I have learned! We are better together right? For less of the price that I paid at my fancy gym, nutritionist or personal trainer (i.e. under $40 for 3 months!)  you will have access to the following:

  • A full year’s access to the world’s top programs and trainers (with access to newly released ones quarterly)
  • Several meal plans to choose from including family plans, grocery lists and lots of recipes to make meal prep easy!
  • Accountability from your coach (that’s me)! The gym or coach doesn’t come a knocking when you don’t show up do they?
