Meal Prep Tips + Favorite Cookbooks of the Season

I have gotten so many questions lately about meal prep and just “hey Holly”, how do you decide what to eat every week?” That I threw together a list of my favorite cookbooks of the year. AND here are the tools I use to plan.

1. Hands down the best cookbook I have bought EVER. This is an amazing gift for your BFF or yourself! {Cook Once, Eat all Week}

2. I love her blog so when she came out with a cookbook all about meal prep, I was ALL OVER IT! {Damn Delicious Meal Prep}

3. I like the Whole30 recipes when I am trying to add in more veggies and dial in my nutrition a bit. This is delicious! {No Crumbs Left: Whole30 Endorsed, Recipes for Everyday made Marvelous}

4. This will forever be on my list. Easy. Simple. And one pot! {Skinnytaste One and Done}

5. This is another repeat but I love the focus here on eating what tastes good and that is healthy! {Eat what you Love!}

I am loving my morning reading habit. Just finished my third book since starting this habit through Miracle Morning that you suggested! I love my morning (me) time. I actually am more productive throughout the day, am eating better, staying more positive, and sleeping so much better. I love the changes because of Miracle Morning and you! I have decided to start a new business. Wow! I wasn't even thinking that going in. I just have opened my mind and listened to my heart and decided to go after what I want. Life changing!
