Anyone else feel like Friday’s come and they are barely crossing the finish line? I talk all the time about my morning routine but there are a few key mindset shifts that make it work.
My point is, think differently about how you are fueling your body and some of the decisions you are making and you might feel better! And start to get your GLOW back!
1) You have to get enough sleep. I know this is SO hard, trust me I have to convince myself everyday. But scrolling FB at 10pm is not going to help you crush your day.
2) Instead of “oh my gosh what I am going to eat” or “ah, I forgot to eat so I am just going to grab that bag of chips”, how about, I am going to fuel my body to support my day! The #1 reason athletes eat the way they do is to support their training. And I don’t know about you but running around after two toddler twins all day makes me feel like a professional athlete!!
